Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada

Newcomers will find a friendly place to improve their English language skills for everyday tasks, from shopping to paying bills. Classes with Child care available.

Newcomer Youth Wellness Program

We partner with schools to help youth cope with the changes around them and connect with others in positive ways.

Recreational Opportunities for Children (ROC)

We are proud to be a partner in providing opportunities for children to explore their interests, connect and learn life-skills like swimming.

Member Access Program

We offer assistance to anyone whose current financial situation limits their ability to participate in membership.

WELARC administers the Canadian Language Benchmark Placement Test (CLBPT), which helps place adults in the correct English language program.
