Fitness Classes
The secret to sticking with a health and fitness program is finding ways to keep you moving that you enjoy. Working out with a group can add extra energy and motivation to your routine. Meet people, improve your fitness level and have fun. Classes are included with your membership and are open to members 13+ years.
FitME & FitME Youth
FitME and FitME Youth are complimentary one-on-one training sessions with a fitness staff member designed to get you started in the fitness centre. The FitME workout is created with education and confidence-building in mind. No matter your skill level or comfort in the fitness centre, you will be able to get started right away with the help of your FitME session.
Youth Fitness Orientation
This orientation helps members ages 9-12 begin positive fitness habits in our fitness centres. By attending the 30-minute session with a parent, they learn essential training principles, what equipment and exercises are suited for them now, how to use them and what is expected in the fitness centre.
EGYM Smart Strength Circuit
EGYM is an automated, personalized and full-body strength-training experience. EGYM Smart Strength machines will provide you with a guided, safe, and effective circuit-style workout that is ideal for both beginners and experienced exercisers. EGYM will automatically track your progress and alter your workout on each machine to make sure you never over-train or stagnate.
Day Camps
At the Y, we understand the benefits of a positive camp experience - making new friends, learning new skills and understanding more about oneself and the world around them; that’s what it is all about! Whether they’re discovering their inner artist during craft time or developing their basketball skills in the gym, campers will always play with purpose!
Small Steps for Big Changes
Small Steps for Big Changes is an evidence-based diabetes prevention program that helps people make lasting diet and exercise changes.
