Values Bead Recognition Program
At Y Winnipeg day camps, we promote and demonstrate the following four (4) core values:

Core values are used to promote positive behaviour and are a reminder of what we value as a camp community. The Values Bead Recognition Program is designed to reward and celebrate campers that demonstrate these core values through their routine, everyday interactions.
Different coloured beads represent each value and are awarded throughout the week: Caring - Red, Honesty - Blue, Respect - Yellow and Responsibility - Green. Ask your camper how they earned their beads!
School Break Day Camps
Keep kids active during the holiday school breaks! Fun & adventures await while schools are closed during Spring Break (March) and Winter Holiday Break (December/January)! School Break Day Camps are available at Elmwood-Kildonan, South & West Portage branches.
Summer Day Camps
Choose from a variety of themes and unique camp experiences. Each week offers a balance of sports, crafts and games, including recreational swimming, outdoor play and an excursion to one of Winnipeg's many fun attractions!

YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg uses ePACT to securely collect and manage critical emergency information for all children registered in childcare, day camps and summer overnight camps. ePACT replaces the need to fill out multiple paper forms and ensures we have the most up-to-date and accurate contact and medical information in case of emergency.

Here are a few things you will need to complete your ePACT record:
- Health Insurance information or personal healthcare number
- Medical history
- Emergency or pick-up list contact information
First-time users will receive an email once their child has been registered into a camp or childcare centre to create an ePACT account. Once your account has been activated, you can click the button below to access your account and make any adjustments to the information when necessary.
