The YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg’s Strong Kids 2024 Campaign has successfully concluded, and we are thrilled to share the incredible impact made possible by the generosity of our donors and sponsors. This year, we raised more than $135,000, which will bring invaluable Y memberships and experiences to hundreds of youth and families in need.
A significant highlight of our campaign was the Strong Kids Radiothon hosted by the Ace Burpee Show on Virgin 103.1 FM on May 29th. This event brought our community together and played a crucial role in our fundraising efforts. A special thank you to Ken & Peggy Talbot for their generous and heart warming gift of $75,000 to the 2024 campaign!
