Call for Applications

The YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg will have openings for up to three new directors in 2027.

Individuals interested in joining the Board should be committed to strengthening our community and contributing their skills to advance our work. Applicants are encouraged to bring diverse perspectives, professional expertise, and a passion for community impact. 

Those wishing to be considered for the upcoming term must email their application form and a copy of their bio/resume to [email protected] by July 31, 2026.

The Board’s Role

Responsibility for supervising the management of the business and affairs of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg lies with the volunteer members of the Board of Directors. As dedicated champions of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg’s mission, vision and philanthropic activities, the Board of Directors are elected by voting members of the Association and chosen for their broad range of expertise.
